Bizzilo One · Ecommerce

Clothing ecommerce website on the same stock as your shop.

Bizzilo Ecommerce is a clothing ecommerce website builder for garment brands, boutiques and clothing stores. Each style gets one product page with its sizes, colours and size guide, grouped into collections. Online orders, returns and counter sales share one stock count per variant, so a size sold in the shop disappears from the website at once.

Selling clothes online

Where a clothing website loses orders. And how Bizzilo Ecommerce handles it.

  1. The problem

Shoppers who cannot tell if it will fit

Without measurements, shoppers either leave or order two sizes and send one back. Every avoidable return costs shipping both ways and a piece out of stock for a week.

    With Bizzilo online store

Add a size guide to each style, with its measurements for every size, and show it on the product page next to the size picker. The shopper chooses a size from the size and colour on offer, not from a list of separate products.

  2. The problem

A new collection takes a week to go live

Twenty styles in five sizes and three colours is three hundred variants to list, photograph and price before the launch date.

    With Bizzilo online store

Upload the styles from a CSV file with their sizes, colours and prices. Each combination becomes a variant with its own SKU, and grouping styles into a collection puts them on the website and at the counter on the same day.

  3. The problem

The website sells a size the shop has already sold

When the shop and the website keep separate stock, the last size M is sold twice and an online order has to be cancelled with an apology.

    With Bizzilo online store

The online store, your shops and the warehouse share one stock count for every variant. A counter sale lowers what the website shows in the same second, and an online order lowers the shop's count too.

  4. The problem

Online returns that never go back on sale

Parcels come back to the warehouse, sit in a corner and are never checked or restocked, while the refund is settled from memory.

    With Bizzilo online store

Take the return against the original order. After a quality check, a piece that passes goes back into sellable stock, online and in the shop, and a credit note records the refund and reverses the sale in your books.

  5. The problem

    Carts left at checkout

Most shoppers who add a kurta to the cart leave without paying, and a brand without a reminder never hears from them again.

    With Bizzilo online store

Remind shoppers of what they left in the cart by WhatsApp or email, with a coupon if you choose, and see which reminders turned into orders.

Abandoned cart email is part of the Grow plan and above.

Product pages

Every style on one page. With the size guide beside the size picker.

Start from a store theme made for fashion and add your logo, colours and banners. Each style is one product with its sizes, colours or fits as variants, so the shopper picks a size and a colour on a single page instead of scrolling past near-identical products.

Give each style a size guide with its own measurements, because a slim-fit kurta and a relaxed one are not cut alike. Group styles into categories and collections such as a festive edit or a summer linen range, and build a lookbook for each season.

Built-in SEO settings, blogs and your own domain help shoppers find the store from search. Funnel analytics, heatmaps and A/B tests then show which product pages turn visits into orders.

  • One product, every variant

Sizes, colours and fits under one listing, each with its own SKU and stock.

  • Size guides

Measurements for every size of a style, shown on its product page.

  • Collections and lookbooks

Seasonal edits that appear online and at the counter together.

Your own domain, SSL, built-in SEO and blogs are part of the Grow plan and above. Every plan includes a store on a Bizzilo subdomain.

Orders, returns and exchanges

From the order to the rack. And back again when the size is wrong.

Each online order produces a picklist for the warehouse or the store that ships it, a shipping label and a tracking link. Set shipping zones by pincode, city or state, charge by weight and distance, and show a realistic delivery date on every product page. Ship with our top 3PL partners at the best rates, and local delivery partners take the final leg.

When a parcel comes back, record the return against the order so the price, tax and customer are already known. A quality check decides what happens next: a piece that passes goes back into sellable stock everywhere at once, and one that fails is set aside. The credit note posts to your books without a separate entry.

For an exchange, return the size that did not fit and raise a new order for the one that does. Both stock counts move, and the credit note and the new invoice sit side by side in the books.

  • Picklists, labels and tracking

On every plan; 3PL partners on Grow and up.

  • Returns against the order

Checked before they go back into sellable stock.

  • Credit notes

Issued for every return and posted to your books.

Sales and offers

Offers that end when you say. For the sale season and the weeks after it.

Create coupons for a product, a category, a collection or a shipping zone, with a minimum order, a start and end date and a limit on how often they can be used. An end-of-season code stops working on the day the sale ends, without anyone remembering to switch it off.

Sell gift cards online and let customers redeem them online or in your shop. Product recommendations suggest the dupatta that goes with the kurta, and combos sell a set at one price.

Carts left at checkout get a reminder by WhatsApp or email. Campaign tools and ads on Google and Meta bring shoppers back when a new collection lands.

  • Coupons with rules

By collection or zone, with dates, limits and a minimum order.

  • Gift cards

Sold online, redeemed online or in store.

  • Cart reminders

By WhatsApp or email, with a coupon if you choose.

Recommendations and abandoned cart email are part of the Grow plan and above; campaign tools and Google and Meta ads, Accelerate and above.
