Bizzilo One · Inventory

Garment inventory management software with a count for every size and colour.

Bizzilo Inventory is garment inventory management software for clothing stores, boutiques and apparel chains. Each style is one listing with a stock count for every size and colour, in every store, the warehouse and your online store. Reorder levels draft vendor orders, returns go back on the rack after a check, and ageing shows what to mark down.

On the racks and in the warehouse

What makes clothing stock hard to count. And how Bizzilo Inventory keeps it straight.

  1. The problem

    Broken size sets

The M and L of a style sell out in a week and the S and XL stay on the rack. The style still looks well stocked in a total, but it has stopped selling.

    With Bizzilo Inventory

Each style shows its stock as a size and colour grid, so a missing middle size stands out at once. Set reorder levels on the sizes that sell, and the purchase order is drafted before the gap reaches the rack.

  2. The problem

Last season on this season's rack

Festive and winter lines that did not sell tie up money and space, and nobody knows exactly how old each piece is or what it cost.

    With Bizzilo Inventory

The stock ageing report groups stock by how long it has gone without a sale, with the cost locked up in each band. You decide what to mark down or return before it becomes a write-off.

  3. The problem

The right size in the wrong store

A customer wants a size M that the other branch has, and the staff have to call around to find it.

    With Bizzilo Inventory

Every store and the warehouse are locations on one stock ledger. A stock enquiry shows how many pieces of each size and colour sit in each place, so the counter can answer straight away.

Plans include one to five stores and one to five warehouses, with packs to add more.

  4. The problem

    Vendor deliveries by size

A delivery of two hundred pieces arrives in mixed sizes and colours, and one wrong carton or a few stained pieces go unnoticed until a customer finds them.

    With Bizzilo Inventory

Receive the delivery against the purchase order, variant by variant, with a quality check. Accepted pieces enter stock in the right size and colour, rejected pieces are set aside, and anything short stays open as a back order.

  5. The problem

Online showing sizes you no longer have

The website still lists a size that sold at the counter this morning, and an online order has to be cancelled.

    With Bizzilo Inventory

Your online store reads the same stock count per variant as every counter. A sale anywhere lowers the count everywhere in the same second.

Size and colour matrix

One style, counted size by size. In every store and online.

Add a style once and choose its sizes, colours or fits. Bizzilo One creates a variant for each combination with its own SKU and keeps a separate stock count for each one, in every store, the warehouse and your online store, without duplicating the product.

Open the style and its stock appears as a grid of sizes against colours. Broken size sets, where the middle sizes have sold through and the ends are left, are easy to see, and so are colours that are not moving at all.

Reorder levels can be set on individual variants, so the size M of a bestseller reorders on its own while the XXL does not. New arrivals come in by the hundred from a CSV file.

  • Size and colour grid

Every variant of a style on one screen.

  • An SKU per variant

Generated for each size and colour combination.

  • Reorder by variant

Levels on the sizes that sell, not the whole style.

Seasons and ageing

Know what is getting old. Before it becomes a write-off.

Fashion stock loses value with time. The stock ageing report groups what you hold by how long it has gone without a sale, 30, 60 and 90 days and more, with the cost locked up in each band, so a slow festive line is visible months before the next season arrives.

Group the styles of a season into a collection. When it is time to clear them, run a discount on your online store for that collection with an end date, and the same stock count keeps the counter and the website in step while it runs.

Pieces that come back from customers are checked before they return to stock. A piece that passes goes back on the rack in its size and colour, and one that does not is kept out of saleable stock.

  • Stock ageing

Stock grouped by days without a sale, with its cost.

  • Collections

A season's styles grouped for launch and for clearance.

  • Returns that restock

Checked pieces go back on the rack in the right variant.

Receiving and vendors

Every size received as ordered. Or the difference on record.

Raise purchase orders at each vendor's price list, with approvals before they go out. When the delivery arrives, receive it against the order, size by size and colour by colour, with a quantity and quality check.

Accepted pieces enter stock in the variant they belong to. Pieces with defects are set aside as rejections and can go back to the vendor on a purchase return with a debit note. Sizes the vendor could not supply stay open as a back order instead of disappearing from view.

  • Vendor price lists

The agreed rate for each style fills in on the order.

  • Quality check on receipt

Defective pieces are set aside, not put on the rack.

  • Returns with debit notes

Rejected pieces go back and the vendor's balance updates.

GST in India

GST on garments follows the price. Worth checking when you mark down.

5% up to ₹2,500, 18% above
Since 22 September 2025, garments sold at up to ₹2,500 a piece are taxed at 5% and those above at 18%. The rate and HSN code are set on each product in Bizzilo One.
A markdown can change the rate
Because the rate follows the selling price per piece, a markdown that takes a ₹2,999 kurta to ₹2,399 moves it from 18% to 5%. Check the rate on products you mark down across the line.
Returns and purchases in the same books
Credit notes reverse the tax on customer returns, debit notes record returns to vendors, and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are prepared from those books and filed directly from Bizzilo One.

Rates checked on 26 September 2026. Rates change; confirm the rate for each product with your CA.

Garment inventory management software keeps count of clothing stock by style, size and colour across stores and the warehouse, and handles vendor orders, returns and ageing stock. Bizzilo Inventory does this on one stock count shared with your counters and your online store.

Keep each style as one listing with its sizes and colours as variants, each with its own SKU and stock count. In Bizzilo Inventory a style's stock is shown as a size and colour grid for every location, so low and missing sizes stand out.

The stock ageing report groups stock by how long it has gone without a sale, 30, 60 and 90 days and more, with the cost locked up in each group. It shows which styles to mark down before the next season.

A stock enquiry shows which store or warehouse holds each size and colour today. Stock transfers between locations are coming soon.

Yes. The Bizzilo online store and every counter share one stock count per variant, so a size sold in the store is gone from the website in the same second.
