Bizzilo One · Point of sale
Garment and clothing store billing software with every size and colour in one listing.
Bizzilo POS is billing software for garment shops, boutiques and clothing chains. Each style is one listing with its sizes and colours as variants, so the counter scans the exact piece and stock is counted per variant. Returns come back into stock after a check, with a credit note, and every sale updates your online store too.
- 30-day free trial
- No credit card required
- Your online store on the same stock
At the clothing counter
What makes a garment counter slow. And how Bizzilo POS handles it.
The problem
Twenty items that are really one kurta
One kurta in five sizes and four colours is twenty things to count. Listed separately, the product list becomes unmanageable and the counter picks the wrong one.
With Bizzilo POS
Keep each style as one listing with its sizes and colours as variants. Each variant has its own SKU and its own stock count, so the bill names the exact size and colour sold.
The problem
Size exchanges at the counter
A customer brings back a size M for an L. Without a proper return, the M never goes back into stock and the refund drifts from the books.
With Bizzilo POS
Take the return against the original bill. After a quality check the piece goes back into stock and a credit note is issued, then the L is billed as a new sale.
The problem
Festive and sale-season queues
Diwali, wedding season and end-of-season sales bring queues, and trial-room customers leave carts half-built at the counter.
With Bizzilo POS
Hold a cart while the customer tries one more size and bill the next person. Open extra sales registers for the season, all billing against the same stock.
The problem
Tax that changes with the price
In India, garments up to ₹2,500 a piece are taxed at 5% and those above at 18%, so a single bill often carries both rates.
With Bizzilo POS
Set the GST rate and HSN code on each product, and the bill applies them line by line. A saree at ₹8,999 and a kurta at ₹1,299 on the same bill are each taxed correctly.
The problem
The last size M sells twice
The website shows a size in stock that the counter sold an hour ago, and an online order has to be cancelled.
With Bizzilo POS
The counter and your Bizzilo online store share one stock count per variant. A sale at the counter lowers the online count in the same second.
Sizes and colours
One style. Every size and colour. Counted at the counter and online.
Add a style once and choose its sizes, colours or fits. Bizzilo One creates a variant for each combination with its own SKU, and counts stock for each one, in every store and on your online store, without duplicating the product.
At the counter, scan the barcode or pick the style and choose the size and colour. The bill names the exact variant, so the stock that comes down is the stock that left the store. Looking at the style shows at a glance which sizes are running low and which colours are not moving.
Upload new arrivals in bulk from a CSV file, and group styles into collections such as a festive edit, so the store and the website launch them on the same day.
One listing per style
Sizes, colours or fits as variants, with no duplicated products.
An SKU for every variant
Generated for each size and colour, ready for tags.
Stock per variant
A separate count for each size and colour, everywhere you sell.
| Colour | S | M | L | XL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Indigo | 6 | 11 | 3 | 4 |
| Ecru | 8 | 9 | 7 | 2 |
| Olive | 4 | 6 | 5 | 3 |

Returns and exchanges
Returns that go back on the rack. With the credit note in the books.
Clothing comes back more than most goods: the wrong size, a change of mind, a gift that did not fit. Take the return against the original bill so the price, the tax and the customer are already known.
A quick quality check decides what happens next. A piece that passes goes back into sellable stock; one that fails is kept aside. The credit note reverses the sale and its GST, and it is posted to your accounts without a separate entry.
For an exchange, return the old size and bill the new one. Both stock counts move, the credit note and the new bill sit in the books side by side, and the customer walks out with the right size.
Return against the bill
Price, tax and customer come from the original sale.
Quality check, then restock
Only pieces that pass go back into sellable stock.
Credit notes
Issued for every return and posted to your books.
| Step | By | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Return received | Counter 2 | 1 piece |
| Quality check | Meena R. | Passed |
| Credit note | CN-00039 | ₹2,624 |
Size M, Beige back in stock: 8 pieces
Busy days
Built for the festive rush. And the quiet Tuesday after it.
Hold a cart while a customer tries one more size, and bill the next person in the meantime. Add sales registers for the season; every counter bills against the same stock, so two counters cannot sell the last size M.
Take UPI, card and cash, or split one bill across them. Regular customers and boutiques that buy from you can be given credit with a limit and a due date.
Print the bill on A4, A5 or a thermal printer, or send it on WhatsApp. Templates carry your logo, and on the Grow plan and above the bill can be printed in the language your customers read best. If the internet drops, the POS app keeps billing and syncs later.
Held carts
Park a bill during a trial, re-open it when the customer is back.
Split payments
Part UPI, part card, part cash on one bill.
Bill templates
A4, A5 or thermal, with your logo; in local languages on Grow and up.

GST in India
GST on clothing depends on the price. Set the rate on each product.
- 5% up to ₹2,500, 18% above
- Since 22 September 2025, garments priced up to ₹2,500 a piece are taxed at 5% and those above at 18%. Footwear up to ₹2,500 a pair is at 5%. If a style's price crosses ₹2,500, update its rate too.
- Rate and HSN per product
- Each product carries its HSN code and GST rate, and the bill applies them line by line, so a saree and a kurta on the same bill are each taxed correctly.
- Returns reverse the tax
- A credit note reverses the GST on returned goods, and GSTR-1 picks it up when you file from Bizzilo One.
Rates checked on 26 September 2026. Rates change; confirm the rate for each product with your CA.
