Bizzilo One · Inventory
Mobile shop inventory software that tracks every unit by its serial number.
Bizzilo Inventory is mobile shop inventory software for phone, laptop and electronics stores. Every unit is received with its serial number on the goods receipt, counted across your stores and warehouse, sold and returned by that serial, and faulty units go back to the distributor on a purchase return with a debit note.

In the stockroom
Where electronics stock goes wrong. And how Bizzilo Inventory keeps track.
The problem
Serials written down only at the sale
If a serial number is first noted when the phone is sold, nobody can say which units came from which delivery, and a missing unit is found only at the next count.
With Bizzilo Inventory
Serial numbers are captured on the goods receipt, when stock arrives. Every unit on the shelf is known before it is sold, and the sale records exactly which one left.
Serial number tracking is part of the Accelerate and Scale plans.
The problem
Stock counted by model, not by unit
Twelve phones of one model look the same in a total. Which are in which store, which were returned, and which one went out on Tuesday's bill is lost.
With Bizzilo Inventory
Each unit has its own record: in stock at a location, sold on a bill, or returned. The model's count is simply the units in stock, so a total and its serial numbers always agree.
The problem
Returns that go straight back on the shelf
A returned phone with a scratched screen or a missing charger is put back in stock, and the next customer finds the fault.
With Bizzilo Inventory
A customer return comes back against its original bill and serial number, and goes through a quality check. Units that pass return to stock; units that fail are kept out of saleable stock and a credit note is issued for the refund.
The problem
Faulty units from the distributor
Units that fail out of the box have to go back with the right serial numbers, or the distributor disputes the claim.
With Bizzilo Inventory
Reject faulty units on the goods receipt, or return them later on a purchase return against the receipt they came in on. The debit note names the units and the distributor's balance is updated in the same step.
The problem
High-value stock with no trail
A missing tablet or a damaged display unit is written off with no record of who, when or why.
With Bizzilo Inventory
Every stock adjustment carries a reason code, the user and the time, and staff roles decide who can receive, adjust or return stock.
Serials on receipt
Every unit known before it is sold. Captured when the delivery arrives.
Receive the distributor's delivery against the purchase order, and record the serial number of each unit as it is unpacked. The goods receipt ties every serial to the delivery, the distributor and the price you paid.
The quantity and quality check happens at the same time. Units that are damaged or dead on arrival are set aside as rejections and never enter saleable stock; anything the distributor did not send stays open as a back order.
From then on, each unit is visible by its serial number: which store or warehouse holds it, whether it has been sold and on which bill, and whether it came back.
Serials on the goods receipt
Each unit's serial recorded as it arrives.
Checked on arrival
Dead-on-arrival units are set aside as rejections.
Traceable by unit
From the delivery to the bill, by serial number.
Serial number tracking is part of the Accelerate and Scale plans.

Returns both ways
A return comes back as the same unit. Checked before it is sold again.
When a customer brings a device back, the return is taken against the original bill, so the serial number, the price and the date of sale are already known. The unit goes through a quality check: if it passes, it goes back into stock at that store; if not, it stays out of saleable stock. A credit note is issued for the refund.
Units that are faulty go back to the distributor on a purchase return against the goods receipt they came in on. The debit note records the exact units returned, stock comes down and the distributor's balance is updated, with debit note approvals if you want a manager to check returns first.
Customer returns
Against the original bill, with a quality check before restock.
Returns to distributors
Purchase returns by serial, with a debit note.
Approvals
Debit notes checked before they go out.

Stores and accessories
Devices by serial, accessories by count. On one stock ledger.
Not everything needs a serial number. Cables, cases and screen guards are counted by quantity, and unit conversions turn a box of 50 from the distributor into 50 pieces on the shelf. Combos sell a phone with its case and screen guard at one price, and take one of each out of stock.
Set reorder levels on the models and accessories you sell every day. When stock reaches the level, a purchase order is drafted to the distributor at their price list for you to approve.
Each store and the warehouse is a location on the same stock ledger, and a stock enquiry shows which one holds a model, so a customer can be told straight away where to collect it.
Accessories by count
Boxes convert to pieces on receipt.
Combos
A device and its accessories at one price, each counted.
Reorder levels

Mobile shop inventory software keeps count of phones, laptops and accessories across your stores and warehouse, with each device tracked by its serial number. Reject it on the goods receipt if it fails on arrival, or raise a purchase return later against the receipt it came in on. A debit note is raised for the unit and the distributor's balance is updated.
